Our process involves diagnostics of parts and pieces followed by a cost breakdown report of parts that needs to be serviced or replaced. Before proceeding with repairs, our IT consultants will help you through the report to determine if peripheral should be replaced or repaired.

Proceeding with the repair and maintenance involves - complete disassembly & reassembly after servicing; removal, repair or replacement of printed circuit board or other malfunctioning parts; dust removal from within the device and heatsinks; and cleaning of processor chips and replacement of thermal paste and pads amongst others.

Finally the Hardware is Stress tested to ensure problem was resolved before delivery. All our hardware maintenance services comes with 3 months warranty which can be extended to 1 year. All parts replaced will come with manufacturer’s warranty usually one year or more depending on manufacturer.
